Parenting Mercer Island - Visit this online tool learn skills to address everyday parenting challenges such as routines, stress and anxiety, peer pressure, substance use and more. Learn the actions to take and the words to say. You can choose topics based on your child’s age (0-19), access resources and learn more about important parenting topics. Learn a 5-step parenting process to support your parenting journey!
Parent Labs - Join us for these interactive workshops based on the Parenting Mercer Island tools. The programs will be returning for the 25-26 school year.
Having Important Conversations with your Child/Adolescent/Teen - Parenting is important, but figuring it out isn’t always easy. Learn tips for having important conversations about risky behaviors, alcohol and drugs, and sex and relationships with your child, adolescent or teen.

YFS School-Based Mental Health Counselors - YFS mental health counselors are available at no-cost in each of the MISD schools. Reach out if your child needs support or you need tips for navigating a parenting concern.

PEPS - Since 1983, PEPS, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization has helped parents connect and grow as they begin their journey into parenthood. PEPS parent support programs educate, inform and create community.

Seattle Children’s Hospital FAST Programs - The evidence-based First Approach Skills Training (FAST) provide parents and caregivers tools to support children/teens with anxiety, depression and challenging behaviors.
