Mercer Island Healthy Youth Initiative invites you to join us for a first session in a four-part series led by Dr. Jason Kilmer, joined by Dr. Christine Lee from the University of Washington to explore topics essential to successfully launch soon-to-be and recent graduates into the next stage of life.

With remote learning, and additional pandemic related stressors, it's a good time to check in on our well-being. Returning this year to share a new tool, Check-In With Yourself, this series will explore emerging and important science around stress management and substance use including how they are associated with academic outcomes and mental health.

Dr. Jason Kilmer is an Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences in the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. Christine Lee is a Research Professor, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Associate Director, Center for the Study of Health and Risk Behaviors at the University of Washington.
